Lovely new burger spot with a nice American look. food was delicious, you could taste how fresh the ingredients were and arguably the fluffiest burger buns iv ever had, place looked super clean and inviting. However service wasn’t the best as it took over 30 minutes for our order when we were the only customers. Also their pricing is on the higher side as you can expect to pay around $25+ per burger and $30+ a meal

The food was amazing, hands down! But the service was really disappointing. When we got our burgers we politely asked the server if he could cut them in half, he looked like he didn’t like his job, came back and picked out the hot sauce from my burger, threw it on the table beside the burger and said he was going to get us knew ones. I found it so unnecessary and rude. Also he didn’t get us new ones but I didn’t ask for it anymore, as he really seemed like it was a problem asking for a small favour of just slicing the burgers in half.

Inside firefly was nice, neat, clean, the staff were friendly, the burger tasted great - but was of the slippery kind haha, had to reinsert the patty's a few times, bit of sauce running, that's all that pulled it down from 5 stars. Love the flavour of the smash patties, chips were crisp. The burger shop was a good atmosphere but surrounded by not the nicest scene. Still recommend if your in the area!

I recently had the pleasure of trying their Wall Street Burger and it was nothing short of amazing. The dipping sauce that came with them was also a tasty touch that added an extra layer of flavor. Overall, I can't recommend Firefly Burger enough. If you're looking for a delicious meal in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, this is the place to go. With friendly service, great prices, and food that is truly top-notch, Firefly Burger is definitely worth a visit. Don't miss out on the Wall Street Burger and the cheese sticks - they're both amazing!

Great burgers fresh and hot :) The staff was also very friendly!! My so got the cheeseburger and fries which I had a bite of and was hot and yum. My partner got the backfire burger with the chilli injection which he said was the perfect balance of heat. We also got the cheesy fries which were delicious and the mozzarella sticks. Also I liked the addition of the sinks so you could wash your hands post eating your meal. Great place and would recommend others to try :) Thanks
